Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to lead and manage high-rise building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities at site to ensure work quality, progress, and compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Manage high-rise building construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and safety standards.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Prepare and review project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Oversee site teams and provide leadership, guidance, and performance management.
• Ensure proper use of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
• Utilize project management and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project) for planning, coordination, and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience as a Project Manager in high-rise building construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with maturity to handle stakeholders at all levels—clients, consultants, subcontractors, employees, and authorities.
• Proven ability to plan, lead, coordinate, and monitor site operations effectively.
• Computer literate with proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other relevant software.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
