Job Description

Our client is building their own enterprise ecosystem from the ground up, including ERP, POS, cloud platform, e-invoicing, and WMS. 

They are looking for a strong technical leader to head the core engineering pillar and take ownership of architecture, standards, and delivery across multiple enterprise-scale systems.

• Own the technical architecture and roadmap for internally developed systems.
• Lead and manage developers, tech leads, and project teams.
• Drive engineering standards across CI/CD, testing, deployment, and code quality.
• Review system designs and challenge decisions when needed.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide solution design.
• Work closely with management and PMO on timelines, risks, and delivery plans.
• Ensure systems are scalable, stable, and built for long-term growth.
• Develop and coach technical leaders within the team.

Job Requirements

• 10–15+ years in software development or system engineering.
• At least 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role (Engineering Manager, Technical Director, Senior R&D Manager, Lead Architect with team management).
• Strong hands-on background as a developer.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale system development (ERP or complex business platforms preferred).
• Solid understanding of system architecture, scalability, and cloud environments.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
• Able to explain technical decisions clearly and confidently.
• Comfortable owning architecture direction and delivery accountability.
