The Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive/Sales Manager to join our team as a sole contributor. This is a remote role, with the expectation of travel to client sites as required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software sales, with a deep understanding of enterprise-level sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals (Hunting role).
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Malaysian market.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • A software sales experience is essential, with a strong background in enterprise sales. Experience in the logistics or supply chain sector is a plus.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
