Job Summary:

• This role independently responsible for analysing, designing, implementing, and testing software solutions that align with business needs and technical standards. This role requires deep analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into system specifications and solution designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed system changes.
• Design and configure software systems or modules based on functional requirements.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Validate and test software functionalities to ensure they meet user expectations.
• Provide advanced support for system issues and user queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or optimizations.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend improvements in software processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Provide guidance, training, and knowledge sharing to junior analysts and team members.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in software/system analysis, implementation, or support.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, business process modeling, and system integration concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system documentation tools.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level software systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
