Our client is a SG innovative technology firm developing AI-powered platforms that leverage intelligent agents to transform data into insights and automate business workflows. 

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll build robust agent frameworks and deploy them in enterprise environments that demand reliability, scale, and integration with existing systems. 

You’ll be working on software-first agent platforms — designing end-to-end systems, building APIs, front-ends, dashboards, and the infrastructure to make our agents production-ready for real business use.

• Design, implement, and deploy intelligent agent systems with persistent memory, planning, and tool integration
• Build modular, reusable agent templates for internal and client projects
• Develop backend infrastructure and APIs to support agentic workflows
• ⁠Integrate agents with enterprise systems, external data sources, and vector databases
• Build dashboards and front-end interfaces to visualize agent behavior and outputs
• Create internal tools for versioning prompts, evaluation, logging, and observability
• Collaborate with the CTO on architecture, standards, and best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• ⁠4+ years of software engineering experience building production systems
• Practical experience/ working knowledge deploying LLM-based applications (e.g., RAG pipelines, RLHF fine-tuning) in production
• Strong engineering skills with:
• Frontend: React
• Backend: Python, FastAPI
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
• ⁠Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and agent orchestration
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices: testing, CI/CD, modularity, logging, and monitoring
• Comfortable delivering in ambiguous enterprise environments, iterating quickly, and building scalable solutions
