KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (WHAT THE CANDIDATE WILL ACTUALLY DO):

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct workshops and discussions with stakeholders.
• Work closely with Software Developers, QA, Product Owners, and Architects.
• Analyze system impacts, data flow, APIs, integrations, and process changes.
• Participate in solution design discussions.
• Prepare user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile delivery activities.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Review technical solutions against business objectives.
• Support cloud-related initiatives and future AI implementation opportunities.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience Range:

• 5 to 10 years preferred.
• At least 3 years in software development projects.
• Experience in enterprise applications, ERP, SaaS, or cloud solutions.

Mandatory:

• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Understanding of application architecture concepts.
• Experience working closely with development teams.

Preferred:

• C# knowledge.
• Python knowledge.
• Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• ERP implementation experience.
• SaaS platform experience.
• AI-related project exposure.

Nice-to-Have:

• Developer background.
• System Analyst background.
• Technical Consultant background.
• Solution Design experience.
