Job Description

This role oversees daily site operations for interior design and renovation projects, ensuring works are executed according to approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities and maintaining smooth communication between stakeholders.

The position plays a key role in managing contractors, monitoring progress, and resolving site issues to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet operational expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise daily site activities and renovation works
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure site works follow drawings and specifications

Project Execution

• Monitor work progress, quality, and scheduling
• Manage materials delivery and site logistics
• Identify and escalate site issues or variations

Reporting & Quality Control

• Track site progress and provide regular updates
• Record defects and ensure rectification
• Support overall project completion and handover

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in construction, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in site / operations / renovation projects
• Able to supervise site works and coordinate contractors and vendors
• Basic understanding of drawings, materials, and site workflow
• Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Willing to be site-based and hands-on
• Possess own transport
