As our Account Manager, you’re the glue between client vision and internal execution. You’ll lead communication with clients, manage timelines and deliverables, collaborate closely with creatives and strategists, and keep the engine running with confidence and clarity.
You’re part relationship builder, part project wrangler, and part marketing thinker.
Client Relationship & Communication
- Be the main point of contact for key clients, managing multiple accounts with confidence and care
- Build trust, anticipate needs, and deliver exceptional service
- Lead WIPs, reviews, and post-mortems with clarity and confidence
- Proactively pitch in new ideas and upsell opportunities
Strategic Marketing Thinking
- Translate client briefs into clear internal action
- Research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects
- Guide content and campaign proposals with a solid understanding of marketing goals
- Create proposals and quotations with a creative lens, thinking through user journeys, interactions, and immersive experiences
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production to ensure alignment
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging digital tools to offer strategic insights
Campaign & Project Management
- Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-department coordination
- Manage project scopes, budgets, and feedback loops
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations, deadlines, and brand strategy
- Problem-solve quickly when projects hit snags
Operations & Budget Management
- Prepare invoices, manage budgets, and keep campaign costs on track
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client objectives
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders about monthly/quarterly initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc operational duties and special projects as needed
