- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media management, content creation, and graphic design.
- Strong copywriting skills in both English and Malay (ability to write engaging content for both languages).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
- Strong creative skills with the ability to adapt and innovate based on trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple social media platforms effectively.
