<p>&nbsp;- Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, stories, and campaigns.<br>- Develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with the brand’s voice and target audience.<br>- Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posts across all platforms.<br>- Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring content is aligned with the content calendar.<br>- Upload stories, posts, and other content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).<br>- Respond to customer inquiries and comments across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner.<br>- Act as a community manager by engaging with followers, building relationships, and creating a positive online experience.<br>- Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of followers and enhance engagement on social media platforms.<br>- Foster meaningful interactions with followers, responding to comments, initiating conversations, and creating a sense of community.<br>- Utilize engagement tactics such as contests, polls, giveaways, and collaborations to boost audience participation.<br>- Monitor social media trends and adapt content to increase reach and visibility<br>- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and activities.<br>- Provide insights into key metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion rates.<br>- Suggest improvements and adjustments to optimize social media strategies based on performance data.<br>- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand’s presence fresh and engaging.<br>- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that support business goals and align with brand objectives.<br>- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for social media engagement.&nbsp;</p>
