Job Description

 - Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with the brand’s voice and target audience.
- Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posts across all platforms.
- Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring content is aligned with the content calendar.
- Upload stories, posts, and other content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a community manager by engaging with followers, building relationships, and creating a positive online experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of followers and enhance engagement on social media platforms.
- Foster meaningful interactions with followers, responding to comments, initiating conversations, and creating a sense of community.
- Utilize engagement tactics such as contests, polls, giveaways, and collaborations to boost audience participation.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content to increase reach and visibility
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and activities.
- Provide insights into key metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion rates.
- Suggest improvements and adjustments to optimize social media strategies based on performance data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand’s presence fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that support business goals and align with brand objectives.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for social media engagement. 


Job Requirements

 - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media management, content creation, and graphic design.
- Strong copywriting skills in both English and Malay (ability to write engaging content for both languages).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
- Strong creative skills with the ability to adapt and innovate based on trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple social media platforms effectively.
- Passion for staying in tune with social media trends and creating content that resonates with diverse audiences.
