• Designing and Developing Social Media Strategies: Creating and developing social media strategies, setting goals to enhance brand awareness, and increase engagement.
• Managing Multiple Social Media Platforms: Overseeing all social media platforms of the company, including Facebook,, Instagram, and YouTube and little Redbook.
• Content Planning and Creation: Developing content plans, strategizing, and delivering them to the team for implementation.
• Performance Analysis: Conducting performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing reports, and offering recommendations for improvements.
• Scheduling Content: Managing content posting schedules, utilizing social media management tools.
• Paid Advertising Campaigns: Creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conducting market and competitor research, identifying the latest trends in social media to ensure the company or brand stays at the forefront.
• Creative Contribution: Contributing to the development of creative ideas for content and social media campaigns.
• Budget Management: Managing the budget allocated for social media campaigns and ensuring expenditures remain within budgetary limits.
• Reputation Management: Monitoring and maintaining the company or brand's reputation on social media by addressing negative reviews.

Job Requirements

• A strong grasp of how various social media platforms operate, their algorithms, and the trends prevalent on each platform is essential.
• Must have excellent writing skills., able to create content plans and pitch online clients. Moreover, when handling multiple social media accounts must adapt their writing style according to the brand's character.
• Ability to conduct research , necessary to identify trends, content styles, or campaign strategies, and even to analyse competitors.
• Able to make sharp and rigor decision related to content and activities fall , and making sharp research skills indispensable.
• Taste of content , in creating engaging social media content. It's not just about creating visually appealing content but also about evoking different emotions and impressions among the audience.
• The ability to generate creative, engaging, and original content that captures the audience's attention.
• Proficiency in planning, managing, and successfully launching social media campaigns is crucial. Able to effectively coordinate with various team members and ensure that campaigns are executed smoothly.
• Able to create compelling and impactful social media campaigns for their clients or companies.
