Job Description

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Node.js
• Handle both frontend and backend tasks as needed (React Native or Vue.js experience is a plus)
• Collaborate with internal team members and outsourced developers to ensure seamless project integration
• Participate in system design and architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement
• Attend occasional in-person meetings at coworking spaces, client offices, or partner locations as required

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years of working experience in backend development using Node.js
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database technologies (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and Agile development practices
• Understanding of JWT, OAuth, and best practices for web APIs.
• Knowledge of React Native and/or Vue.js is a plus point
• Experience with Jest, Mocha, or similar for unit/integration testing is a plus point
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
