Job Description

• Work collaboratively with the development team throughout the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of efficient data infrastructure or applications, whether on-premise or in the cloud.
• Conduct unit testing and engage in system testing to ensure the robustness and reliability of software applications.
• Document software features, functionality, and technical specifications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, programming languages, and best practices in software development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or a related field.
• At least one year of experience as a Software Engineer (Developer), with strong technical skills for solving complex problems and a willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Spark, Scala, TypeScript, and object-oriented languages such as Java or Python.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, React JS/Native, and web frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter).
• Strong scripting skills on Linux platforms, using languages such as Bash.
• Knowledge of various databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, HBase, MongoDB, or Neo4j.
• Enthusiastic and proactive in learning new technologies and programming languages.
• Proficiency in data pipeline, workflow management, and data governance tools.
• Experience with cloud Data Warehouse solutions (e.g., BigQuery, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Redshift) and cloud-based solutions (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in rapidly changing client environments.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve technical challenges involving unfamiliar technologies.
