Job Description

1. Full-Stack Web Development

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core and Angular.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, reusable, and high-quality code.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs between frontend and backend systems.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability through optimization and refactoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product features.

2. Mobile Development (Flutter Exposure)

• Support Flutter-based mobile app development for selected features, enhancements, or bug fixes.
• Work with mobile developers to understand application flow, API integration, and system behavior.

3. AI Systems & RAG Pipeline (Zen AI Ownership)

• Maintain and improve the RAG pipeline built with Python, Neo4j, and LLM APIs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic Claude).
• Manage document ingestion workflows, including chunking, embedding generation, and indexing.
• Tune retrieval strategies, prompts, and configurations to improve response accuracy.
• Monitor system performance and investigate retrieval issues or knowledge gaps

• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate debugging, prompt tuning, and scripting.
• Coordinate with AI engineers or external specialists for advanced architectural enhancements.

4. General Engineering Practices

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Debug and resolve production and UAT issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and modern engineering practices.
• Actively adopt AI tools to improve development efficiency and output quality.

Job Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in .NET (ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core) development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular for frontend development.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Solid Python skills (scripting, APIs, data handling).
• Exposure to or strong interest in LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek).
• Basic understanding of RAG concepts (embeddings, retrieval, prompt chaining) or willingness to learn.
• Strong experience with Git version control (e.g., GitFlow).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Enthusiasm for using AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows.
