Job Description

• Collaborate with the supervisor to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with the supervisor and clients to define project scopes and development requirements.
• Proactively understand client needs and supervisor feedback, offering suggestions for project enhancements.
• Manage the planning, development, and launch of website projects (primarily WordPress), digital analytics implementations (such as GA4 Analytics, GTM, Meta’s Conversions API), and scoping for app development projects.
• Engage with external vendors for project development, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Participate in operations management, including setting up programming development environments.
• Assist the supervisor in developing in-house projects, encompassing scoping, development, testing, and deployment in operational environments.
• Maintain thorough documentation for all managed projects.
• Oversee successful project implementations.
• Stay updated on industry news, technology trends, and best practices in IT development to contribute to thought leadership.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field, with experience in planning and leading roles preferred.
• Proficiency in full stack frameworks such as Django, Node.js, and Lavarel, with the ability to manage front and back-end programming.
• Preferred backend languages include Python, C++, and PHP.
• Ability to support HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frontend languages, particularly for advanced WordPress site development.
• Proficient in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with APIs is advantageous.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Possess a data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with the capability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Logical and critical thinking skills for effective troubleshooting and a willingness to expand technical skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
