Job Summary:

• We are looking for a Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer to join our team for the development of our next-generation POS+ platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in POS systems, retail solutions, Windows application development, and modern .NET technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining POS applications, integrating with various retail hardware devices, and building scalable synchronization mechanisms between offline and online.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain POS+ applications using modern .NET technologies.
• Develop Windows desktop applications using WPF.
• Develop web-based management modules using Blazor.
• Implement and maintain offline-first architecture using SQLite and synchronization services.
• Integrate with retail hardware devices such as: Receipt Printers; Fiscal Printers; EDC / Payment Terminals; Barcode Scanners; Cash Drawers; Customer Displays
• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services.
• Implement data synchronization using Kafka or other messaging technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Participate in software design, code review, and technical discussions.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. 
• Fresh graduates with strong WPF/.NET projects related software development may be considered for Junior positions. 
• Senior positions require proven experience in POS or retail solution development. 

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with fiscal printer implementation. 
• Experience with e-Invoicing solutions. 
• Experience with payment integrations (DuitNow QR, credit card terminals, e-wallets).
