Job Description

Design and implement secure, scalable cloud solutions aligned with business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, operations, security, product) to ensure robust architectures, cloud migrations, and ongoing optimization. Serve as a technical advisor, guiding best practices in deployment, automation, and cost management.

• Work closely with Cloud Business Development team on opportunities.
• Showcase value proposition and secure the technical win.
• Position the right cloud service offering based on customer requirement.
• Build cloud solution design and conduct cloud demos/POCs.
• Use consultative approach to design the customer cloudification roadmap and strategy.
• Work closely with the customer’s IT department to ensure project delivery meets customer expectation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Must have 3 - 5 years of AWS or Alibaba Cloud experience and be proficient in at least one of these platforms. Other cloud is bonus point.
• Strong understanding of computing, networking, security, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with programming/scripting (Python, Java, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to design high-availability, cost-effective architectures.
• Experience with cloud migrations or new cloud-native system builds.
• Capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders; delivering concise documentation and guidance.
• History of leading solution reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving best practices adoption.
• Adept at diagnosing and resolving multifaceted cloud challenges.
• Keeps current with evolving cloud trends, championing ongoing innovation.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work closely with product, sales, and management to propose viable technical strategies, clearly communicate trade-offs and decisions.
