Job Description

 

  • To develop and promote a loyal clientele according to the sales and brand strategy (client-telling)
  • Ambassador for the brand within his/her market, being responsible for the store's external relations within its competitive environment and marketing, merchandising, local activities, etc. Market studies (competitors, customers, etc.)
  • Defining the annual sales targets/budget/forecast. Optimizing the store contribution
  • Determine and monitor objectives and sales targets according to budget/ forecasts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Ensuring the fair and efficient rostering of staff to maximize the use of manpower on the floor; in particular during peak sales periods e.g. weekends, promotions, etc.
  • Maintaining the optimized staff-to-customer ratio, making sure that customers are looked after appropriately
  • Optimizing and managing personnel costs and keeping in line with the set budgets
  • Monitoring all expenses and costs within the store to achieve positive store contribution and be in line with the set budget objective. Maintenance of store in line with budget requirements
  • Identifying store investments and making an appropriate suggestion to the ROD Managing store operations: Replenishment, regular and year-end inventories, visual merchandising, etc.
  • Health, safety, and security regulations: Ongoing control of store security, and compliance with procedures.
  • Pro-activity on store attribution
  • Managing administration tasks and reporting
  • Guarantee financial results of the store through effective management of margins, stock and personnel costs

LEADERSHIP & STAFF MANAGEMENT

  • Making sure that Client Advisor / Senior Client Advisor / Team Leader profiles match accordingly to the sales and brand strategy
  • Taking ongoing actions around motivating the team according to the sales and brand strategy and acting as their mentor
  • Recruitment, evaluation, and career development of Management Team and Client Advisors / Senior Client Advisors in cooperation with the regional ROD and HR
  • Compliance with Grooming Standards
  • Ability to clean displays to ensure professional presentation Communication

Job Requirements

 

  • Excellent command of English Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; including nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing stores
