Job Description

• Plan and manage the overall incoming material inspection activities.
• Confirm, determine, and handle abnormalities during incoming inspections.
• Track and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions for quality issues.
• Arrange and assign daily IQC (Incoming Quality Control) tasks based on material demand.
• Review daily inspection reports and oversee raw material inventory checks and re-inspections.
• Coordinate re-inspection confirmation and responsibility tracking for materials returned from production.
• Conduct supplier evaluation, audit, and qualification according to Procurement Control Procedures and Supplier Management System.
• Assist technical teams in new material qualification and supplier risk assessments.
• Prepare monthly and annual supplier delivery performance evaluation reports.
• Drive supplier quality improvement activities and verify improvement results.
• Manage supplier quality claims for issues causing company losses.
• Promote and support suppliers in establishing effective quality assurance systems.
• Review material quality target achievements and control supplier change management.
• Issue and follow up on supplier 8D reports, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Collect, verify, and maintain third-party testing reports such as RoHS, MSDS, and performance tests.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or above in Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality management.
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Proficient in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, SWOT, 5W2H methodologies.
• Strong understanding of supplier evaluation, audit, and improvement processes.
• Familiar with quality control tools and documentation (e.g., inspection reports, 8D reports, PPAP submissions).
• Good communication and coordination skills for cross-department and supplier interactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement orientation.
