Job Description

This role supports the company’s supply chain operations by managing import/export activities and coordinating closely with OEM factories to ensure smooth production planning and timely delivery. The position works with internal sales and finance teams to align supply with business demand and plays a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth in Malaysia. This is a hands-on role suited for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage import and export operations including documentation, shipment scheduling, and coordination with logistics partners.
  • Work closely with OEM factories to plan production schedules and monitor delivery timelines.
  • Support the sales team by ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
  • Monitor inventory levels for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues and operational bottlenecks.
  • Maintain supply chain records, pricing references, and basic operational documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimise costs within supply chain operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or import/export operations (food industry experience is an advantage).
  • Experience working with OEM / contract manufacturers and freight forwarders.
  • Good understanding of import/export procedures and documentation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling operational challenges.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP or supply chain systems.
