<p>The successful candidate will lead the Talent Attraction &amp; Integration team to deliver an  exceptional candidate and employee experience throughout the hire-to-integrate journey, while  reinforcing the organisation’s employer brand and workforce readiness.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;<br>Talent Attraction &amp; Integration Strategy&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Establish an efficient, high-volume talent acquisition and onboarding services, while  ensuring processes are compliant, digitally enabled and aligned with corporate  standards.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Managing workforce growth plans, talent attraction initiatives and sourcing strategies in  partnership with Corporate HR and Business Units to address staffing gaps.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Providing Advisory on hiring priorities, market insights, and candidate experience  improvements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p>Oversee End-to-End Recruitment Operations&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end recruitment &amp; onboarding activities for volume hiring in adherence  to Head Office service quality standards and compliance to government regulations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Use metrics to track recruitment performance via hiring dashboard, and provide reports  on hiring fulfilment against plans and identify areas of improvement (e.g. time-to-hire,  cost-per-hire, onboarding cycle time and zero service disruption)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee and enforce statutory and regulatory checkpoints for hiring such as  documentation validation, licensing, eligibility verification and other internal policy and  audit compliance.&nbsp;</li>

<p>&nbsp;Employee Experience &amp; Culture Integration&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Drive local employer brand activation and ensure alignment with the corporate  Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through consistent candidate and employee  experiences.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Design and implement an induction and assimilation programme for the company's workforce  aligned with corporate onboarding and culture principles.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee and continuously improve hiring and engagement activities, including monthly  engagement sessions, tracking effectiveness through feedback and participation  metrics.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<p>Developing Team Capability and Performance&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruitment and onboarding specialists to  deliver excellent service.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Foster engagement, accountability, continuous improvement, and capability building to  support future growth and transformation.  Champion Process &amp; Technology Optimisation&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify process gaps and efficiency opportunities and collaborate with the People  Technology Lead on automation and digital enablement initiatives&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide guidance for HR systems design to enhance talent processes and user  experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensuring data integrity, risks mitigation and governance across hiring and integration  activities.</li>
