Job Description

• Lead the development of tax-related content for the taxPOD platform, webinars, and workshops.
• Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Malaysian tax laws and regulations.
• Research and interpret new tax rules, policies, and industry developments, and translate them into practical, easy-to-understand learning materials.
• Guide and review the preparation of slides, updates, and case studies for subscribers.
• Collaborate with tax experts and trainers to ensure technical accuracy in all published content.
• Oversee quality checks to maintain consistency, professionalism, and reliability across all tax materials.
• Identify important tax topics and anticipate subscriber needs to shape the taxPOD content roadmap.
• Support the planning of tax-related campaigns and initiatives that raise awareness and increase subscriber engagement.
• Mentor junior team members by providing technical tax guidance in content development. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and regulations.
• At least 5 years of experience in tax advisory, compliance, or related professional services.
• Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts for learners.
• Strong written and presentation skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is an advantage).
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with tax professionals and content production teams.
