Reducing customer inconvenience by managing technical repair support and early detection support in vehicles.
Attend to all technical enquiries from internal customers and ensure issues are resolved timely, efficiently, and safely
Provide onsite technical and field support at outlets to minimise vehicle downtime, assuring customers’ safety as priority
Guide technicians on all types of diagnosis and ensure they are all equipped with the knowledge and skill level to perform complex diagnosis, etc. This includes coordinating with manufacturing to get solutions for the outlets
Inspect and qualify local accessories for new vehicles to meet manufacturing standards, work alongside to support aftersales marketing activities and promotions
Fast response and resolution of diagnosis support to all service dealers
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum degree in automotive engineering or a related field
Preferably 3 to 5 years with similar experience
Knowledge in automotive technology with good technical experience, skills and knowledge
Able to converse in English with good interpersonal and analytical skills
Good in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Self-reliant, motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision
