Job Description

1. Lead and manage technical teams including platform, database, middleware, network, application integration, and testing teams
2. Drive end-to-end planning and execution of infrastructure or data center migration projects
3. Develop detailed migration strategy, execution plan, and runbooks
4. Ensure smooth coordination across technical domains and project stakeholders
5. Manage vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders effectively
6. Ensure migration activities are delivered within timeline, scope, and minimal downtime
7. Identify risks during migration and implement mitigation plans
8. Provide technical leadership and problem-solving support in high-pressure environments
9. Ensure documentation is complete, clear, and aligned with project governance standards

Job Requirements

1. Strong in leading and overseeing a technical team of platform, database, middleware etc
2. Strong cross domain understanding of platforms, middleware, database, network, application integration and testing
3. Strong in defining end to end migration approach and leading the development of migration runbook
4. Good in English communication and documentation. (Bahasa Melayu is additional advantage)
5. Good in stakeholder/vendor management skill
6. Must have successfully led technical delivery at least for 1 large scale infrastructure migration project
7. Preferred to have data center migration experience
8. Excellent problem solving under high-pressure migration environment
