Job Description

• Take full responsibility for Angular development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of up to 5 Angular developers, including conducting code reviews, establishing best practices, and making architectural decisions.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Angular applications, modules, and components.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, collaborating with backend teams to provide innovative solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to Angular projects, including architecture diagrams, coding standards, system configurations, changelogs, and user guidelines for new developments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Angular development, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the development process and product quality.

Job Requirements

• Over 5 years of front-end development experience, preferably with Angular 2+.
• Proficient in coding with Angular 2+ (TypeScript), including Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS.
• Knowledgeable in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive web design principles.
• Skilled in managing, reducing, and avoiding technical debt.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams, providing mentorship, and guiding developers in Angular development projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of debugging and troubleshooting complex issues in Angular applications.
• Proficient in Test-Driven Development and familiar with highly scalable and distributed systems.
• Experience working in Agile development environments, with a solid understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
