Job Description

Leads technical sales activities by developing proposals, engaging clients, and delivering engineering solutions. Responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring successful project execution from proposal to completion.

  • Develop and lead preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and project execution plans.
  • Engage with customers to understand requirements, scope projects, and provide technical solutions.
  • Visit customer sites for project scoping, execution support, and relationship management.
  • Maintain and manage CRM and Sales Funnel with accurate forecasting.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
  • Provide technical consultation and problem-solving support to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, workshop, logistics) throughout project lifecycle.
  • Ensure smooth project execution and be present on-site when required.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation including work packs, procedures, and safety plans.
  • Contribute to product and solution improvement through customer and site feedback
  • Monitor project performance and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Responsible for other duties and functions as stipulated in the firm Quality Management System and shall:
    • Ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001;
    • Ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
    • Report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particula to top management;
    • Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization; and
    • Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
  • Prepare draft quotations and proposals for review.
  • Escalate technical or commercial issues to senior team members.
  • Suggest minor improvements in processes or solutions.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers (if applicable)

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / related field preferred) 
  • Minimum 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
  • Exposure to Industrial sectors (Petrochemical or Power sectors) is an advantage. 
  • Basic understanding of technical sales or engineering solutions.
