Job Description

Our client is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team to review and update documentation for our existing documents.

• Review, and update technical documentation, including user manuals and training documents.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for various audiences, including non-technical users.
• Maintain a consistent style and tone across all documentation.
• Work with graphic designers to incorporate visuals into documentation as needed.
• Ensure all documents adhere to company branding and style guidelines.
• Continuously improve documentation processes and tools.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the telecommunication industry or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand and document complex technical information.
• Able to translate, review and update documents written in Chinese.
• Able to speak mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools such as [list tools, e.g., Microsoft Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, etc.].
• Basic understanding of software development and engineering concepts is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
