Job Description

• Research, write, and edit high-quality technical documentation including:
• User manuals
• API documentation
• Installation guides
• Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Release notes and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information.
• Organize and maintain internal documentation libraries.
• Review and edit content created by other teams for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to the company’s style guide and industry standards.
• Participate in product meetings and demos to stay current with product features and updates.
• Manage documentation projects from concept through publication.
• Recommend improvements to existing documentation processes and tools.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical writing, preferably within a software/IT environment, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, clear, and concise language.
• Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, and versioning.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#) for API documentation.
