Key Responsibilities

Customer Outreach & Engagement

• Contact customers or potential customers through outbound calls
• Promote financial products and services based on customer needs
• Explain product information clearly and professionally
• Handle customer enquiries and objections effectively

Sales & Follow-Up

• Follow up with interested customers and guide them through the next steps
• Maintain good call quality and customer service standards
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling or sales targets
• Ensure customers are properly briefed before proceeding with applications

Data & Reporting

• Update customer records, call outcomes, and sales progress accurately
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up actions are completed
• Work closely with the team to support campaign and business targets

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Around 2 years of telemarketing or call centre experience is preferred. 
• Candidates from customer service, tele-collections, telesales, call centre, or other phone-based customer engagement roles are welcome
• Good communication skills and clear phone etiquette
• Comfortable with outbound calls and customer follow-ups
• Sales-driven, persuasive, and able to handle objections
• Able to work under a 6-month contract arrangement, with potential conversion to permanent
• Banking or financial services experience will be an added advantage, but not mandatory
