Job Summary:
  • We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executives to join our vibrant team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building rapport with potential clients, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong desire to succeed. Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contact potential clients through outbound calls to introduce our products/services.
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
  • Present product/service information and explain benefits to potential clients.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.   
  • Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level/SPM equivalent.
  • Confident communicator with good verbal skills.
  • Proven track record of success in telesales or a related field (preferred but not required for entry-level).
  • Proficient in using CRM software (preferred).
  • Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
  • Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customers
  • Persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Sales-driven and possess a can-do attitude

Right to Work Requirements
