Job Description

  • Account & Retailer Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with key retainer partners including Watsons and pharmacy chains — ensuring strong collaboratio and commercial performance.
  • Trade Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement trade marketing plans to grow visibility, traffic, and sell-through at store level.
  • Campaigns & Promotions: Plan and execute in-store activations, GWPs, POSM, and retail campaigns to drive awareness and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to synchronize online campaigns, product launches, and offline rollouts.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales data, off-take trends, and campaign results to identify growth opportunities and course-correct quickly.
  • Retail Optimisation: Ensure planogram compliance, shelf visibility, and merchandising standards are consistently achieved across stores.
  • Budget Ownership: Maximize ROI through smart use of limited trade marketing budgets; prioritize high-impact activities that drive measurable growth.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years in trade marketing, key account management, or category management, ideally within the skincare, derma, or beauty industry.
  • Retail Familiarity: Strong understanding of Watsons or pharmacy retail operations, including buyer relationships, merchandising, and in-store marketing.
  • Commercial Drive: Highly motivated, data-driven, and accountable for delivering sales growth and visibility improvement.
  • Hands-On & Agile: Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment; comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Problem-Solver: Proactive, not reactive — able to diagnose challenges and develop creative, cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborative: Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and retail partners.
  • Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, experiment, and build strong trade marketing foundations for a growing brand.
