Job Description

• Work with the Head of Product and the Product Team to:
• Create user interface designs for web and mobile applications, including fonts, colours, graphics, menus, user buttons and images.
• Prepare drafts and present ideas in the form of mood boards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
• Create illustrations, icons, logos and other designs as needed.
• Test the designs with users, and iterate on designs after receiving feedback.
• Produce the final designs, working with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure that all the content is included in the final product.
• Review the completed web and mobile applications, and ensure that the designs were built and implemented correctly by developers.
• Create and maintain design systems and libraries to ensure a consistent design language across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design best-practices and trends,

Job Requirements

● 1.5 - 5 years experience in product design (designing web and/or mobile applications)

● A strong online design portfolio with examples of web and mobile applications

● Proven ability to produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, presentations, prototypes and design specifications

● Deep understanding of design standards for web and mobile (e.g. Google Material design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines)

● Able to work independently to support multiple ongoing projects and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment

● Enthusiastic about design and establishing design processes across team

● Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, good command of English.

● Highly skilled in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Marvel

● Positive, enthusiastic and passionate in making a difference

● Team player with leadership qualities
