Job Description

This role supports the company’s used-car financing business by providing sales performance reporting, business analysis, and campaign coordination with used-car dealers and regional sales teams. The position plays a key role in monitoring market trends, improving sales execution, and supporting business growth through data-driven insights and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for used-car business, including trend and performance analysis.
• Monitor regional used-car sales performance and key metrics.
• Follow up with regional sales teams on action plans and improvement initiatives.

Campaign & Business Support

• Support the development of business and marketing campaigns, including hire-purchase and used-car initiatives.
• Assist in coordinating campaigns and projects with internal teams and external dealers (e.g., Carro, MyTukar).
• Propose ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and sales performance.

Presentation, Coordination & Process Improvement

• Prepare presentation decks for management and regional business reviews.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and reporting quality.
• Assist management with ad-hoc projects and business analysis when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales monitoring, business operations, automotive industry, or marketing admin role.
• Knowledge of the used-car or automotive industry and market trends is preferred.
• Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and presentation preparation (Excel / PowerPoint; Power BI is an advantage).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage (preferred).
• Background in sales admin or marketing admin is suitable.
