<ul><li> Responsible for the strategy formulation, monitor and control the Company’s annual Revenue and Collection targets setting and to ensure achievement of all these targets. 
<li> Responsible to provide sufficient and effective payment channels through the appointment of credible collecting agents for the customers to make monthly bill payments. 
<li>  Ensuring the relevant billing system and devices are always in good working condition for the Regional Offices billing processes to run without any interruption where at the same time providing the advisory roles, standard operating procedures, and guidelines for regions to operate their daily operations.
<li> Assisting HOD to propose and implement strategic policies, processes and plans for short-, medium and long-term improvements of the department regarding billing and debt recovery. 
<li> Accountable and responsible leading the development of the Company’s annual Revenue and Collection targets and the formulation of critical action plans in ensuring the achievement of all the set targets. 
<li> Accountable for the management and effective daily and weekly tracking and monitoring the billing and collection operations in the Regional Offices in ensuring the achievement of monthly and the  yearly Revenue and Collection targets. 
<li>  Accountable to ensure accurate and timely billing and give the best possible business customers experience. 
<li>  Accountable and responsible to ensure accurate, timely and effective management of debtors by appointing sufficient Collecting Agents and Agent Collectors. Holding a role as Contract Administrator 
<li> Reps in ensuring compliance of each appointed vendors to the contract term and agreement. 
<li> Responsible, guide, monitor and control day to day operations of all ten (10) regions in terms of effective and efficiency of processes, performance, compliance, resources distribution, resolving billing related issues etc.
