This is a highly creative role to hire a proficient Video Editor to join our post-production team. You aren't just cutting clips; you are crafting narratives. Whether it’s a high-octane commercial for a global brand or an intimate, cinematic story for Grim Film, you are responsible for the final emotional impact of our work.

Key Responsibilities

• Narrative Crafting: Review raw footage and create polished, high-end edits that align with the Director’s vision and the client’s objectives.
• Sound Design & Scoring: Select appropriate music and perform basic sound editing/mixing to enhance the atmospheric quality of every edit.
• Technical Management: Maintain a clean and organized project structure on our NAS server, ensuring seamless handovers for color grading or VFX.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Producers and Directors to implement feedback quickly and creatively.
• Format Optimization: Export and deliver content for various platforms (Social Media, TVC, Cinema) ensuring all technical specifications are met.
• Quality Control: Ensure all final outputs are free of glitches, color inconsistencies, or audio peaks.

Job Requirements

• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of After Effects (for basic motion graphics) and DaVinci Resolve (for basic grading) is a major plus.
• The "Edit Eye": A deep understanding of pacing, continuity, and emotional storytelling.
• Workflow Discipline: Experience working with high-res footage (4K/60fps, RAW) and proxy workflows.
• Portfolio: A strong showreel demonstrating a range of styles—from fast-paced commercial cuts to slow-burn cinematic pieces.
• Resilience: The ability to stay focused during long edit sessions and handle tight deadlines with a "problem-solving" attitude.
