Job Description
- Manage and support Windows-based IT infrastructure and servers
Administer Active Directory and core services such as DNS and DHCP - Maintain virtualization platforms (e.g. VMware or Hyper-V)
- Perform system installation, upgrades, patching, and maintenance
- Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues
- Ensure security compliance, hardening, and access control
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
- Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and improvements
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
- Prepare and maintain system documentation and procedures
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of managing VMWare virtualization environment
- Strong experience in VMWare vSphere, vMotion
- Expertise in VMWare storage integration, networking
- Performance tuning & troubleshooting
- Preferred to have data center migration experience
- Strong stakeholder coordination
- Fluent in English communication. Bahasa Melayu is added advantage.
8. Good in technical documentation writing.
