Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Build a high-performing, customer-centric sales culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Identify training needs and support capability building across sales, service, and customer engagement.
  • Deepen existing customer relationships through needs-based conversations and proactive engagement.
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience across all sales and service touchpoints.
  • Facilitate effective referrals to licensed wealth and investment specialists as appropriate.
  • Minimize customer attrition through strong relationship management and service recovery.
  • Ensure all sales and service activities adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements.
  • Manage operational risks and minimize losses through proper oversight and controls.
  • Act as a role model for ethical sales behaviors and compliance standards within the team.
  • Work closely with branch management, licensed wealth partners, and other Business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with consumer lending, small business banking, and other related business areas.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in sales management and team development.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead through influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with banking systems, digital platforms, and customer engagement tools.
