Job Description

GENERAL:

• Provide support on tech projects to ensure they are delivered creatively, accurately, meticulously well-designed, functional, timely, and cost-effectively.
• Develop an understanding of integrated marketing communications, technology, production, print, and digital processes.
• Manage time effectively and maintain commercial awareness of briefs and projects in liaison with the Director.
• Support the delivery of tech and creative elements for new business pitches.
• Display an active interest and natural curiosity in all things creative.

DEVELOPMENT: 

• Design, build, and maintain software systems and applications alongside our team of developers.
• Write and test code in various programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, PHP, and Python.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues to identify and resolve problems.
• Participate in both front-end and back-end development tasks.

RESEARCH: 

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
• Leading role in researching and developing new and exciting technologies.
• Accelerate the company’s understanding of social media platforms and formats.
• Explore and implement Unity development projects as needed.

CREATIVE THINKING & PROBLEM SOLVING: 

• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative, tech-led creative ideas for pitches and campaigns.
• Work with the Director and wider team to interpret, interrogate, and implement creative ideas using technology to produce excellent work.

Job Requirements

• We are seeking a mid-level Web Developer with 3+ years of experience to join the client's development team. 
• The ideal candidate is proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the React framework. 
• Additional experience with PHP, Python, Unity development, UX design, and both back-end and front-end development is highly desirable. 
• You will collaborate with our client services and production teams to assist with business development opportunities, campaign activations, and operational support.
