Job Description

• Manage and support Windows-based IT infrastructure and servers
• Administer Active Directory and core services (DNS, DHCP)
• Maintain virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Perform system installation, upgrades, patching, and maintenance
• Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues
• Ensure security compliance, system hardening, and access control
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
• Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and continuous improvements
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
• Prepare and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments
• Proven experience in Windows Server administration, patch management, and system hardening
• Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Strong skills in performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Experience in data center migration is preferred
• Effective stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is an added advantage
• Strong technical documentation and writing skills
