Job Requirements
Project Governance & Coordination:
- Define and implement project standards, delivery plans, and governance frameworks.
- Maintain comprehensive PMO documentation including project registers, reports, logs, and plans.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-ups.
- Monitor project interdependencies, escalate risks, and support audits, stage reviews, and lessons learned.
- Prepare and consolidate internal and external reporting packs for stakeholders.
- Track budgets, resource allocations, and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, standards, and quality requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide timely and accurate status updates.
Technical Awareness & Support:
- Understand and interpret technical documentation.
- Apply basic technical knowledge to support project discussions.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams
You have:
- Good project governance capabilities along with a solid foundation in technical understanding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management
- Familiarity with railway signalling systems and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tools like SharePoint and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, dependable, and adaptable to changing project needs.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
