Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Administer employee payroll and benefits, and provide accurate payroll data to Finance for processing.
  • Assist the full recruitment process including interviews, onboarding, confirmation, and resignation procedures.
  • Assist in establishing, reviewing, and implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Advise Management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling, grievances, terminations, and other employee-related matters in line with the Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
  • Manage and respond to auditor queries related to HR and Admin.
  • Prepare and analyse annual employee appraisals for Top Management review.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administration functions, including office supplies, maintenance, facilities, and general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR or related functions.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and handling disciplinary matters will be a strong advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
