• Payroll Support – Track employee leave & help ensure everyone gets paid on time.
• Job Ad Guru – Assist in writing & posting job ads that attract top talent.
• Onboarding Buddy – Help new hires settle in, issue company gear & conduct orientation.
• Be the HR Go-To Person – Answer questions about leave, claims & benefits (yes, people will come to you for help!).
• Create Fun & Useful HR Content – Help design guidelines, FAQs & HR materials.
• General HR Support – Basically, be the HR team’s secret weapon!

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For (a.k.a. Our Dream Intern )

• Currently studying HR, Business, Management, Psychology, or any related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR laws (but don’t worry, we’ll teach you the ropes!).
• A great communicator – you love talking to people and writing emails that actually get responses.
• Tech-savvy – Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and maybe a little Canva magic?
• Detail-oriented & organized – You like things to be neat and structured (color-coded spreadsheets, anyone?).
• A team player – We’re all about collaboration!

Skills
