Job Description

1.  Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including ads, promotions, and social media strategies.
2. Collaborate with the Client Servicing Team to ensure timely and accurate implementation of client campaigns.
3. Conduct research and gather data to support campaign planning and decision-making processes.
4. Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
5. Support in the preparation of client reports and presentations, summarizing campaign results and key findings.
6. Coordinate with internal teams, such as content and creative departments, to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials aligned with client objectives.
7. Help maintain and update client communication channels, including email correspondence and project management systems.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in digital marketing techniques to contribute fresh ideas and insights.

Job Requirements

1. Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
8. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
9. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and platforms, such as social media, search engine marketing, and email marketing.
