Job Description

•  Develop and implement comprehensive ads, marketing, promotion, digital, and social media strategies that align with clients' objectives and drive results.
• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and optimization of clients' campaigns to ensure they are delivered effectively and meet campaign objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and providing exceptional client service.
• Collaborate closely with the content and creative departments to develop innovative and impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Manage budgets, estimate costs, and ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and the agency management team.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, developments, and competitor activities to continuously improve campaign strategies and deliver optimal results.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge in the digital marketing field.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1.5 years of proven experience in a similar digital marketing roles.
• Having background in managing digital performance is an advantage.
• Preferable able to communicate in Mandarin.
• Strong expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across various channels (i.e: social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, and content marketing)
• Demonstrated track record of managing and delivering high-impact digital marketing campaigns for clients, achieving their objectives and driving measurable results.
• Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to effectively guide and mentor junior team members.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office for data analysis and reporting.
