Job Description

 We are looking for a Sales Support Intern to join our dynamic sales team! This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
     
  • Support customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person
     
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records
     
  • Help in coordinating sales meetings and follow-ups
     
  • Generate reports and assist in tracking sales performance
     
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales department

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
     
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
     
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently
     
  • Able to speak and write proficiently in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin an added advantage.
