Job Description

• Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks.
• Organize and maintain documents, records, and company files.
• Assist with data entry and updating internal databases or spreadsheets.
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other administrative materials.
• Handle filing, printing, scanning, and photocopying when required.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and office activities.
• Perform other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates may also be considered.
