Job Description

• Assist with daily administrative and office tasks. 
• Handle data entry, filing, documentation, and record keeping. 
• Assist in preparing invoices, reports, forms, and other documents. 
• Manage and organize company documents and records. 
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-up with internal teams or external parties. 
• Support HR and general office administration when required. 
• Assist with basic communication through WhatsApp, email, and phone. 
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field. 
• Good communication and organizational skills. 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. 
• Willing to learn and able to work independently. 
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive. 
• Internship period of at least 3 months preferred.
