Job Description

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoicing, collections, and payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and ledgers.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax filings and audits.
  • Expense Management: Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategy development.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organised financial records and documentation
  • Invoicing: . Assist the account management team with administrative tasks related to client accounts, including billing, invoicing, and contract management
     

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
