职位名称：分店经理 (PIC)

地点： Kajang

主要职责：

• 监督商店的整体运营，确保高效和盈利。
• 制定并执行运营改进计划，以提高商店绩效。
• 维护商店外观、视觉陈列和产品新鲜度的高标准。
• 与相关部门合作，创建店内促销活动，以增加客户流量并优化盈利。
• 培训和激励员工，提高绩效水平，促进团队协作。
• 管理商品订购，确保订单流畅和库存水平的最优。
• 确保遵守现金处理程序，监督收银员和现金运输 (C.I.T.) 的相关工作和其他由公司指派的职责和责任。

Resposiblilities:

•  To oversee the overall operations of the store.
•  To provide and to execute operational improvement plans so as to increase the profitability of operations.
•  Maintain high standard for store appearance and visual merchandising as well as product freshness.
•  Working with relevant department to develop in store promotion programs to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
•  To train and to motivate staff so as to increase the level of staff performance and promoting an effective performance team.
•  Responsible for ordering merchandise, maintaining constant order flow, and proper inventory levels at all times.
•  Responsible for the compliance with set procedures of cash handling with cashiers and cash-in-transit (C.I.T.).
•  Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Company from time to time.

Job Requirements

资格要求：

• 最低学历：SPM/文凭/高级文凭/学士学位
• 2年以上的店铺管理经验
• 以客户为中心，具备积极的态度

 Qualifications:

•  Min. Education: SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor’s Degree
•  2+ years' store management experience
•  Customer centric with a positive attitude
