Job Description

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email or chat regarding shipment status, tracking, and delivery status.
• Managing and coordination shipments, including booking, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Preparing and processing shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.
• Resolving customer complaints and addressing any delivery or logistics challenges effectively.
• Understanding and applying relevant shipping regulations and international trade rules.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with client, providing solutions to their needs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics 
• Ablility to work independently & responsibly 
• Proficient in Mandarin & English (dealing with China clients)
