What You Will Do (Your Impact):

<li>Be the Face: You aren't just behind the scenes. You will be on-camera, bringing our scripts and products to life with energy and confidence.</li>
<li>Own the Edit: You will turn raw footage into viral-worthy content using JianYing (剪映). We need those fast-paced cuts, trending effects, and sound design that keeps people watching.</li>
<li>Visual Aesthetics: You can do eye-catching and converting ads. Aesthetics is not our priority, conversion is.</li>
<li>Trend Hunting: You don't wait for instructions. You tell us what the next trending sound is and how we can jump on it.</li>
<li>Act Fast: It's ok to make mistakes, but you will need to act fast and learn from mistakes. We spend over RM200k per month on ads where more than RM100k is on testing.</li>
